■ Sell-side Advisory

- Short list: In consultation with client, ABC develop a short list of businesses to approach to gauge their interest in investment or acquisition.
- Negotiation and acquisition process: ABC assist clients with all the discussion and negotiation with proffered target and with co-ordination of any transaction through to successful completion.

- Retainer Fee: JPY300K per month(Negotiable)
- Success Fee: 40% lower than the Lehman Formula
